Anna Yanami

Anna Yanami is one of the central heroines of Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines! and a classmate of Kazuhiko Nukumizu. She is rejected by her childhood friend Sosuke after he chooses Karen Himemiya.

Lively, proud, dramatic, and strongly motivated by food, Anna tries to hide how deeply the rejection hurts her. Her friendship with Nukumizu gives her space to be honest without being treated only as a failed romantic lead.

Anna joins the literature club and becomes connected with other girls dealing with unreturned love. Her changing relationship with Nukumizu remains deliberately ambiguous, combining teasing dependence, genuine trust, and the possibility of feelings neither is ready to define.
