Arle

Arle Nadja is the recurring heroine of the Puyo Puyo series and a young magic user originally introduced in Madou Monogatari. She travels with the yellow creature Carbuncle and repeatedly becomes involved in magical contests and comic disasters.

Cheerful, confident, and competitive, Arle is usually friendly but quick to challenge rivals. She values independence and refuses to be intimidated by powerful figures such as Satan.

Elemental spells and recurring rivals

Arle casts elemental spells including Fire, Ice Storm, and Diacute, with successful Puyo chains powering her magic in puzzle battles. Her relationships with Carbuncle, Schezo Wegey, Rulue, and Satan form the core of the series' recurring ensemble.
