Azusa Nakano

Azusa Nakano is a guitarist who joins the Light Music Club one year after its original members in K-ON!. Trained from childhood by musician parents, she initially expects the club to practice far more seriously.

Azusa Nakano's place in the Light Music Club

Responsible, earnest, and easily embarrassed, Azusa becomes the group's practical junior while gradually accepting its relaxed atmosphere. She wants to improve musically but also fears being left behind when the older members graduate.

Guitar practice, affection, and graduation

Azusa plays rhythm guitar and later becomes the club's senior member. Her close bond with Yui Hirasawa, Mio Akiyama, Ritsu Tainaka, and Tsumugi Kotobuki culminates in the song written for her at graduation, confirming that she is fully part of the band.
