Changli

Changli is a counselor to the Jinzhou magistrate and a playable Resonator in Wuthering Waves. She is a strategist whose plans support Jinzhou while she pursues goals connected to her late mentor and the city's future.

Elegant, patient, and difficult to read, Changli prefers long-term planning to open confrontation. Her calm manner hides physical vulnerability and a willingness to risk herself for the outcome she believes is necessary.

Fusion combat, long-term plans, and Jinhsi

Changli uses Fusion-based attacks and a sword, building power through carefully timed strikes. Her mentorship of Jinhsi and cooperation with the Rover show that she values successors who can make independent choices rather than simply follow her designs.
