Elysia is the second-ranked Flame-Chaser and the Herrscher of Human: Ego in Honkai Impact 3rd. She was born as a Herrscher but chose to live among humans and become one of their most devoted defenders.

Elysia fights with a bow and crystalline powers and preserves her memories within the Elysian Realm. Her bonds with Kevin, Eden, Mei, and the other Flame-Chasers culminate in a sacrifice intended to give later Herrschers the freedom to retain human will.
