Empress

Empress is the central Black Rock Shooter unit in Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall and awakens with damaged memories in a machine-ruled future. She joins the human resistance against Artemis and attempts to stop an orbital-elevator plan that would complete the destruction or enslavement of humanity.

Empress's role, traits, and development

Taciturn, protective, confused by missing memories, and willing to endure extreme damage, Empress gradually rebuilds purpose through the people she chooses to defend. She possesses superhuman strength, speed, durability, rapid regeneration, advanced firearms, and the ability to fight autonomous weapons and other Hemiteos Units.

Dead Master and Strength share a complicated past with her, while Colonel, Monica, Elishka, and resistance survivors become allies who help reconnect her power with human responsibility.
