Erica Hartmann

Erica Hartmann is a Karlsland witch in Strike Witches based on German ace Erich Hartmann. She serves in the 501st Joint Fighter Wing and is regarded as one of its most naturally gifted aerial fighters.

Relaxed, playful, and notoriously untidy, Erica appears less disciplined than her twin sister Ursula or roommate Gertrud Barkhorn. In battle, however, she becomes focused and exceptionally reliable.

Erica uses Striker Units, firearms, and a magical Sturm ability that creates a rotating wind attack. Her friendship with Barkhorn balances their opposite habits, while her combat record and instinctive flying style make her a leading ace of the unit.
