Golden Darkness

Golden Darkness, usually called Yami, is an assassin and major heroine in To Love-Ru. Created as the biological weapon Eve, she arrives on Earth under a contract to kill Rito Yuuki.

Quiet, serious, and suspicious of indecent behavior, Yami gradually develops curiosity about ordinary life. Her initial identity as a weapon changes as friendships give her personal desires and a place to return to.

Yami's Transformation ability lets her reshape hair and body into blades, fists, armor, and other weapons. Her relationships with Rito, Mikan, Mea, and Tearju Lunatique reveal her origin and push her from hired assassin toward protective family member.
