Hina Tsurugi

Hina Tsurugi is a member of her school's Breakwater Club in Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater. After moving from the city, she is drawn into fishing by Yuki Kuroiwa and gradually becomes comfortable with coastal life.

Hina Tsurugi's life in the Breakwater Club

Timid around unfamiliar sea creatures and initially reluctant to handle fish, Hina is nevertheless patient, observant, and eager to learn. Her sewing skills and practical creativity often help the club repair equipment or prepare useful accessories.

From fear of sea life to confident fishing

Hina learns casting, knot tying, cleaning fish, and responsible fishing alongside Yuki, Natsumi, and Makoto. Her development centers on replacing fear with competence while respecting the marine environment.
