Holo is a wolf harvest deity and the traveling companion of merchant Kraft Lawrence in Spice and Wolf. Once worshiped in the village of Pasloe, she leaves when changing agricultural methods make her traditional role unnecessary.

Proud, playful, and highly perceptive, Holo enjoys teasing Lawrence but fears loneliness after centuries of outliving human companions. Her desire to return to her northern homeland, Yoitsu, drives their journey and deepens their partnership.
