Izuna Hatsuse is a young Werebeast and ambassadorial figure in No Game No Life. She represents the Eastern Federation during its game against Sora and Shiro and later travels with them after the Federation joins Elkia.

As a Werebeast, Izuna has enhanced senses and can use Blood Destruction to amplify physical ability, especially inside the Federation's virtual game. Her relationships with her grandfather Ino and the Elkian siblings connect political duty with personal friendship.
