Jaden Yuki

Jaden Yuki is the main duelist of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and a student at Duel Academy. He begins as an enthusiastic Slifer Red who treats every duel as fun, then becomes central to supernatural conflicts involving the Sacred Beasts, Yubel, and multiple dimensions in Yu Gi Oh.

Optimistic, instinctive, and friendly, Jaden initially avoids heavy responsibility. Trauma and guilt during the alternate-dimension crisis make him withdrawn, but he later integrates his darker experiences instead of abandoning joy completely.

Elemental HEROes, Yubel, and recovering the joy of dueling

Jaden uses Elemental HERO, Neo-Spacian, and later combined HERO strategies. His spiritual bond with Winged Kuriboh, complicated history with Yubel, and final duel with Yugi define his growth as both duelist and protector.
