Jamil Viper is a second-year student in Scarabia dormitory in Disney Twisted-Wonderland and the childhood attendant of housewarden Kalim Al-Asim. His family has served Kalim's for generations, forcing Jamil to hide much of his talent.

Capable, cautious, and resentful, Jamil wants recognition and freedom from constant subordination. He presents himself as dependable while suppressing ambition until frustration drives him to manipulate Scarabia.

Jamil excels at cooking, dancing, academics, and magic. His unique spell can hypnotically control another person's actions, and the consequences of using it force him and Kalim to acknowledge the inequality underlying their friendship.
