Kuroko Shirai

Kuroko Shirai is a student at Tokiwadai Middle School and a member of Judgment in A Certain Scientific Railgun. She enforces Academy City law while supporting Mikoto Misaka during incidents involving espers, laboratories, and criminal groups.
