Mikoto Misaka is an elite esper and protagonist of A Certain Scientific Railgun. Ranked third among Academy City's Level 5 espers, she studies at Tokiwadai Middle School and becomes involved in experiments exploiting clones made from her DNA in A Certain Magical Index.
