Miyako

Miyako is an art student living at the Hidamari Apartments and one of the principal characters of Hidamari Sketch. She attends Yamabuki Art High School with Yuno and turns everyday school life into energetic creative experiments.

Spontaneous, fearless, eccentric, and frequently hungry, Miyako contrasts with Yuno's caution but is also highly perceptive about her friends. Her abilities center on visual art, unconventional problem-solving, physical confidence, and finding useful materials despite a very limited budget.

Yuno is her closest classmate and neighbor, while Hiro, Sae, Nori, and Nazuna form the apartment community that supports her artistic growth.
