Modeus

Modeus is the demon of lust and one of the women recruited into the household in Helltaker. She joins the protagonist after he completes her puzzle and offers the possibility of romance.

Direct, excitable, and obsessed with sexual interpretation, Modeus treats ordinary affection as unusually extreme. Her intensity is played for comedy rather than developed through a complex independent storyline.

Demonic lust, comic misunderstanding, and life with the other demons

Modeus has demonic strength and survives the hazards of Hell, but the game emphasizes dialogue and puzzle encounters over combat. Her interactions with the Helltaker and other demons create a chaotic domestic group with competing personalities.
