Monomi

Monomi is the rabbit teacher mascot in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, originally introduced as Usami. She tries to lead the students through a peaceful school trip before Monokuma seizes control and alters her appearance.

Kind, anxious, and determined to protect the students, Monomi is frequently mocked because she lacks authority. She continues opposing Monokuma despite fear and repeated defeats.

Virtual authority, protection of the students, and resistance to Monokuma

Monomi can use program-level abilities within the virtual environment and fights Monobeasts with a magical-girl style wand. Her true connection to the simulation's administration and Chiaki reveals that her mission is rehabilitation rather than punishment.
