Nadeko Sengoku

Nadeko Sengoku is a recurring heroine of the Monogatari Series and a childhood acquaintance of Koyomi Araragi. She first suffers a snake curse, but later stories reveal resentment and fantasy hidden beneath her shy image.

Nadeko becomes linked to snake apparitions and briefly transforms into the powerful god Nadeko Medusa. Losing that status and pursuing manga gives her a goal based on personal creation rather than romantic obsession.
