Noa Himesaka is an elementary-school student in Wataten! An Angel Flew Down to Me and a close classmate of Hinata Hoshino and Hana Shirosaki. She frequently visits the Hoshino household and becomes part of Miyako's awkward but affectionate circle of younger friends.
