Norman is one of the most intelligent children at Grace Field House in The Promised Neverland. After discovering the orphanage's true purpose, he plans an escape and later leads a movement against the demon system.

Norman is calm, gentle, strategic, and willing to hide severe personal costs behind a reassuring smile. His strengths are deduction, memory, long-term planning, leadership, and predicting how both allies and enemies will react.

Norman's powers, allies, and character growth

Emma and Ray are his closest childhood companions, but Norman's later willingness to exterminate demons creates a moral divide. Reuniting with them forces him to reconsider whether survival requires abandoning compassion.
