Okarun

Okarun, whose real name is Ken Takakura, is a high school student and co-protagonist of Dandadan. A challenge with Momo Ayase exposes him to Turbo Granny, aliens, and an expanding world of occult threats.

He is shy, earnest, analytical, and deeply insecure, but danger brings out determination and loyalty. After being cursed, he can transform and use Turbo Granny's speed and power, though the ability strains his body.

His growing love for Momo motivates much of his courage, while friendships with Aira, Jiji, and others broaden his isolated life. Okarun gradually learns to speak and act with confidence.
