Prince

Prince Baka Ki El Dogra is the alien prince and principal troublemaker of Level E. After arriving on Earth, he moves into high school student Yukitaka Tsutsui's apartment and repeatedly creates elaborate crises for his own amusement.

The Prince is brilliant, selfish, theatrical, and so committed to pranks that even allies cannot reliably tell when he is lying. He uses advanced alien technology, disguise, strategy, and psychological manipulation rather than relying on straightforward combat.
