Sango

Sango is a demon slayer and major companion in Inuyasha. After Naraku destroys her village and manipulates her brother, she joins the search for the Shikon Jewel shards.

Sango is disciplined, compassionate, practical, and fiercely protective of family. She uses the giant boomerang Hiraikotsu, poison resistance, demon knowledge, traps, and close-combat training.

Her bond with Kohaku drives much of her pain, while Kirara is her trusted partner and Miroku becomes her husband. Sango repeatedly balances the mission against the hope of saving her brother.
