The Shorekeeper

The Shorekeeper is a major Resonator in Wuthering Waves and the guardian who maintains the Black Shores organization and its information systems. She has spent a long period protecting the organization's mission and waiting for the Rover, whose return changes the purpose she assigned to her own existence.

Who The Shorekeeper is in Wuthering Waves

Calm, gentle, self-sacrificing, and initially detached from ordinary human desire, she gradually learns to value personal choice and emotional connection. Her Resonance abilities use spectral butterflies, stellar or spatial energy, healing, coordinated support, and control of the Black Shores' advanced systems.

The Shorekeeper's defining relationships and loyalties

The Rover is her central bond, while Aalto, Encore, and the Black Shores personnel connect her private awakening with the organization she was created to protect.
