Umika Konohoshi is the shy protagonist of Stardust Telepath and a high-school student who dreams of reaching space and meeting aliens. She helps create a school rocket club after befriending Yu Akeuchi, who claims to be an alien and encourages Umika to communicate beyond her fears.
