Weather Report

Weather Report is a Stand user and major ally in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, initially imprisoned with no memory of his past. He helps Jolyne Cujoh oppose Enrico Pucci while gradually recovering the identity and family history Pucci stole from him.
