Wilson Percival Higgsbury is the default playable survivor in Don't Starve and a gentleman scientist who is tricked into entering the Constant. He must gather food, craft shelter, manage sanity, and survive monsters while uncovering the role of Maxwell and the shadow world.

Curious, arrogant about science, resourceful, and increasingly hardened by repeated survival, Wilson remains one of the setting's most adaptable generalists. His signature trait is growing a beard that provides insulation and can be shaved for beard hair, alongside the crafting and combat systems available to survivors.
