Yang Wen-li

Yang Wen-li is one of the two central commanders in The Legend of the Galactic Heroes and the Free Planets Alliance's greatest military strategist. A reluctant soldier who originally wanted to become a historian, he repeatedly defeats larger Imperial forces while defending democratic government from both invasion and corruption.
