Haru-chan's Weather Trivia Anime Figures

First released in 2009, Haru-chan's Weather Trivia is a Japanese weather-education manga and mascot segment developed by NHK. Haru-chan is a spring-themed weather fairy who explains seasonal phenomena, forecasts and climate vocabulary in short illustrated segments associated with NHK weather programming.
