Created by Level-5, Layton Mystery Detective Agency is a Japanese puzzle-adventure game and anime spin-off first introduced in 2017. Katrielle Layton opens a detective agency in London and solves eccentric cases with her assistant Noah and talking dog Sherl while searching for her missing father, Professor Layton. The project expanded from Layton's Mystery Journey into a 50-episode anime series.
