Nadia

Created by Gainax, directed by Hideaki Anno, Nadia is a Japanese science-fiction adventure anime series first introduced in 1990. Young inventor Jean meets circus performer Nadia and becomes involved in a globe-spanning conflict over the mysterious Blue Water jewel. Together with Captain Nemo and the Nautilus crew, they oppose the technological empire Neo-Atlantis.
