Shantae is an American fantasy platform video game series launched in 2002 by Matt Bozon and WayForward. Half-genie guardian Shantae protects Scuttle Town and Sequin Land using her hair as a whip and magical dances that transform her into different creatures. Pirate Risky Boots is her recurring rival.
