Touhou Project

Created by ZUN and Team Shanghai Alice, Touhou Project is a Japanese d��jin bullet-hell game series first introduced in 1997. The games follow shrine maiden Reimu Hakurei and magician Marisa Kirisame as they resolve supernatural incidents across the sealed fantasy land of Gensokyo. Its permissive fan-creation culture produced an enormous ecosystem of music, games, comics and character figures.
