<p><strong>Kuma</strong> is the English name commonly used for Teddie, a mysterious bear-like resident of the TV World in <strong>Persona</strong> 4. He guides the Investigation Team through the other world and helps them rescue people targeted by the serial case.</p> <h2>Kuma's place in the story of Persona4</h2> <p>Kuma is playful, flirtatious, insecure, and desperate to understand what he is and why he exists. He can sense Shadows, fight using a Persona, support the team, and later create a human appearance outside his bear suit.</p> <h3>Kuma's defining relationships and loyalties</h3> <p>His friendship with Yu Narukami and the Investigation Team gives him an identity beyond being a guide. Discovering his nature as a Shadow forces him to accept that meaning can be created through relationships.</p>
